Personal Services
We don’t “sell insurance” or “sell funds”.
We won’t tell you to buy this fund because it went up a lot last year; or buy that insurance policy because there’s a promotion going on.
Our approach is first and foremost, on planning.
Without a goal, what’s the point of accumulating money? It’s not like we can eat it!
Without family and dependents, there’s generally no need to buy life insurance.
For someone who is single, perhaps the inclination is to travel, create memories and at the same time build up a retirement fund.
For a young father with children, his attention is more likely to gravitate towards his children, ensuring they grow up healthy and well.
Personal finance, as the name implies, is personal. No two persons will be the same.
We have deep conversations with our clients:
- What does money mean to you?
- What is most important to you in life?
- What kind of life do you aspire to live?
- How do you feel about your current situation?
- If you can change one thing about your life, what would it be?
In most cases, the problem is not solved by having more money. Because people might just chase the next shiny thing. More money will not solve lifestyle inflation because there’s always going to be someone richer than you.
These are not product conversations. But they are important to allow us to understand the client and figure out what truly matters to them. It is only then; we can craft a financial plan that suits the client.
