We have two operating entities in Malaysia: one in Kuantan and the other in KL. Previously, our group medical benefits program are handled by two different agents and the service for the KL branch was not satisfactory, often resulting in late billings and outdated member listings. I-Max helped us to standardize the benefits plan across both our entities and improved our claims management process, allowing me to focus on other important matters. In addition, the support staff of I-Max is great and able to provide instant feedback and support throughout our claim inquiries and claim processes.
